388. Demons Hate to be Around Praise Worship

"When the evil spirit from God troubled Saul, David would take his harp and play.

Then the evil spirit would leave him, and Saul would feel better." 1 Samuel 16:23 NCV

Interesting. Demons leave when God is

praised. Perhaps it reminds them of a time when

they, too, enjoyed the fellowship of the faithful, and

maybe those memories are too painful to be reminded of.

Lord, help me live a life of praise so I won't be anywhere

near the forces of evil looking to lead me astray.
